I drive for a living so my car is my business and it is important that I trust the people working on it. Mark and his brothers are the best in the Bay Area. Very down to earth people. Someone I could trust was very very important to me and I found it with Mark and his brothers. I had a noise coming from my transmission and had it looked at by several transmission services professionals here in the Fremont area. One guy told me my transmission was a CVT, I asked him how he know that and he said we just know. So he sent me off and told me just drive it till it gives out and comeback when you need a new one. That very same day I went to Marks and asked them "Do I have a CVT transmission?" They knew from years of experience that Toyota puts a sticker on the inside of the drivers door that says what transmission the car has and guess what... "It wasn't a CVT!" on top of that they drove my car with me in it, hooked up a diagnostic tool and explained to me what they were looking for and why they were looking for it. I don't understand cars but I do greatly appreciate them explaining to me what they were looking for. I'll keep the story short. Ultimately, they didn't sell me a new transmission, they had an additive that makes the transmission fluid more sticky and in my particular case that's what they recommend. That same day, I had that done and bam. My transmission felt like brand new again. Mark and his brothers have earned my business for life. Anything I need related to my engine or transmission they will be the first ones I call. No second and third opinions needed. I trust that what they tell me will be their best recommendation for whatever it is that I need. Mark and brothers, I bless your business with love, light and abundance. May you prosper in all ways. I happened to stumble upon this place by accident since it's just down the road from me. I needed to realign the gears/ clutch plates in the Jeep overdrive unit since I didn't have a special press tool to remove the snap ring. I went there & spoke with Abel. He knew exactly what's needed to be done since they're well versed with Jeep transmissions. I picked up the overdrive unit the next day and he started telling me tricks to reinstalling the part onto the transmission. He even called the tech in the back to confirm some of the tricks. They actually started asking me if I had certain tools like a pencil magnet to or else they would loan me one. Who does that these days especially someone whose not bringing them a big job?!? Anyway I got the job done thanks to their guidance. I just really appreciated their help and their friendly attitude to helping out a backyard wrencher!

If you want your transmission fixed right the first time and or any other problems with your car you better come see Mark at Mark's Transmissions. They can handle any size problem and if they don't know the answer they will work hard to find out what the problem is and refer you to someone who can help you out. They really care about the customer first not the money. Straight answers with no BS.

I have been using Mark's for years! I highly recommend you bring your car to Mark's for service. I love the way they take care of my car and address my concerns.

Great service and to notch work. A very knowledgeable and experienced staff. I would recommend anyone having car trouble to stop by and talk with Mark or Able.
