Very slow service. Came with a co-worker on my lunch break. No-one up front. Ordered on the kiosk. Waited a while. Still no employees present. Loudly asked if anyone was working and an employee came up front and said they would be making my order after finishing up some kitchen work. Seems like my order would be priority. I’m on my lunch break and the time I wait for my order is time I’m not clocked in making money. On a previous occasion the employee proceeded to ring up a long line of customers after my party before making drinks. It was over 20m wait for our Boba after ordering. The drinks are good but the wait times are frustrating.

Loved the boba tea here. Have tried about four flavors now and all were amazing. Big fan of the green tea flavor!! The staff is amazing as well. It's a must visit place 👍

Nice place for boba tea. They make their own flavors of boba in-house, how cool is that? I'm not a boba person, but everyone around me loves it. I tried their green tea with no sugar and grape boba, and I was pleasantly that I liked it. It was towards the end of the day so I wasn't expecting the boba to be soft, but the grape flavor made up for it. The prices are decent and I think you get a pretty good amount of drink size. I would definitely come back to try some of the other boba flavors.

Was surprised to see another location since I usually go to the Pleasanton one! Service awesome like always and amazing tea didn't disappoint! The lychee was perfect with the handmade mango boba!!! I will be back now that I know this place is here!

In summary: LONG waiting time, BAD customer services, and perhaps FOOD HYGIENE ISSUE It’s a weekday and after the rush hours, we still have to wait for over 15 minutes to have our order (3 drinks) while there is no one else in line/ahead of us. The woman that takes our orders has a bad attitude, and was rude to my friend when he asked if our order was ready yet. What made us more uncomfortable is that she was holding a dirty towel (she actually wrapped the dining area tables and the counter for preparing drinks with the same towel???) and didn’t wash her hands before she finally moved to prepare our drinks… (and so all this time the other staff in the back kitchen wasn't preparing our order). Most likely we will not visit this store again. If we are in this area and really need a drink, there is Ume Tea right across the street, Teaspoons within 3 minutes drive, and many other drink shops near by. For those of you who kindly spent the time reading this review and still prefer Mr. Sun Tea, try the store at Pleasanton, the staff there is much more friendly and hopefully won’t water down your drink with unwashed hands like this Fremont store does.
