Serving time at the er within 24hrs. My shoulder was hurting i couldn’t move it. Every movement was excruciating. They gave me pain meds the first time and an X-ray found nothing and sent me home. Came back tonight im really hurting i asked if they can do an MRI, and the doctor said “sorry we do that here” like what the heck? Gave me stronger meds than yesterday and said “go see your primary on Monday” thanks you for the meds 🤦🏽♂️

I would like to thanks Doctors and RNs for taking care of my mom last moment. Provided accurate information and throughly discuss my mom condition, that easier to understand normal people like us. Especially RNs from intermediate care unit, all professional care and speak to us last two days before my mom passing. We appreciated all your efforts and support during our difficult time.

A few days ago we moved to Fremont and now this is going to be the Morris Hyman Critical Care Pavillion family hospital, unfortunately the worst service we have received from this doctor with the worst treatment we have received, look at him there very relaxed and me asking to speak to him because my mom is very sick and the calm one tells me in the worst way without any possible empathy wait I'm busy leave me 🤬 if I could I would give you -1000 stars. It's a shame the app doesn't let me upload your photo doctor

I was visiting California from Washington, on the was my wife was injured, we visited this emergency hospital, and we were told that only my wife is allowed to go inside not me and my kids, since they have covid patients inside sitting in the waiting room, my question is why you don’t have a safer place for people who is infected, and why your setting COVID patients with other people in the waiting room they can infect other people.
