Our daughter attended this daycare for the past two years, and she loved every single day she was there. During her time here, she made so many friends, and every teacher was incredibly caring, supportive, and kind to her. We loved this daycare so much that we gladly made the drive from Hayward every day for drop-off and pick-up because we knew our daughter was in great hands. The staff played a huge role in helping her grow into a respectful, kind, and independent little girl who was always willing to help tidy up and care for others. We would like to give a special thank you to the amazing teachers who cared for our daughter throughout her time at the daycare. In the Willow classroom, Ms. Frances, Ms. Ariana, Ms. Gina, and Ms. Lizeth were wonderful. In the Lenido classroom, Ms. Shamila, Ms. Grace, Ms. Neelam, and Ms. Inderjit took excellent care of our daughter. We would also like to thank Ms. Cielo and Ms. Lullette for all their care and support. Thank you to the entire team for the positive impact you had on our daughter’s development and happiness. Unfortunately, we are moving farther away and can no longer continue with MCC. We are truly grateful for everything you did and highly recommend this daycare to other families. Additionally, we will always cherish the wonderful memories our daughter made here and appreciate the strong foundation MCC helped build for her future.

My son has been attending this school for over two years and it has been a fantastic experience. When he started, he was part of Ms. Grace’s class and she was amazing! My son obviously had opportunities transitioning from home care to Montessori School, but Ms. Grace was great through the transition every step of the way. Additionally, my son is now 3 classes removed from Ms. Grace’s class but still ensures he says hi to her whenever he sees her. I also want to add that Ms Katherine’s class was also amazing (his 2-year old class). I constantly tell others that when he was in Ms Katherine’s class, that’s when I saw the most exponential growth from my son during his time there. Definitely recommend this school to those looking for great care and guidance!

Our toddler was under Ms. Katherine’s care in the Redwood class at MCC for a year, and we truly can’t say enough wonderful things about her. Along with Ms. Mariam and Ms. Beena, she created a warm, loving environment where our child felt safe to express himself, explore, and grow. Her structured routine greatly supported our toddler’s social and communication development, and her well-planned daily lessons were both practical and developmentally enriching, helping the children grow academically and socially. She encourages children to use their voice, express themselves confidently, and set boundaries in a positive way. Ms. Katherine also goes above and beyond to keep parents informed about their child’s progress. She regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with us, shared plans for the coming months, and thoughtfully reviewed progress along the way. She played a key role in helping our child transition smoothly from the previous classroom into Redwood, making the adjustment easy and reassuring. When it was time to move to the next classroom after a year, both Ms. Katherine and the MCC team once again made the transition seamless, ensuring continuity and comfort for our child. We are incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and guidance provided during such an important stage. We highly recommend MCC at Lake Mead Dr., Fremont to any parent looking for a nurturing, structured, and supportive early learning environment.

I want to share our alarming experience with this daycare—particularly their infant program—to caution parents who are considering enrolling their babies here. On my 9-month-old son’s second day, he went an entire day without being fed milk. We picked him up at 4 p.m. to find him crying uncontrollably. I immediately fed him, and he drank hungrily. The caretaker, Grace, looked surprised and asked, “Is that how you feed him milk? Holding him?” She then informed us that he had refused milk all day since drop-off at 9 am. I was shocked. My son regularly drinks 6–8 oz every 3–4 hours and is not yet on full solids. Grace explained they only feed babies milk in a reclined chair—without holding them—and that’s their rule. This was never communicated to us. Because our baby wasn’t used to this method, he simply wasn’t fed. She added comments like “He’s already old” and “We have other babies to take care of,” clearly showing a lack of empathy or flexibility for a hungry infant. When we raised this with the director, Ms. Lulette, she confirmed this policy, saying that’s how all babies are fed at the center. I couldn’t believe it. Even if that’s their rule, how can a daycare let a baby go seven hours without milk—without calling the parents? Instead, they justified it by saying “a baby’s fist is the portion they need” and that he ate a bit of the 2.5 oz puree we packed (most of which ended up on his clothes and the floor). She did apologize that we were not informed when he was not drinking milk as she told us the caretaker had not informed her. We immediately withdrew our son. No parent should ever have to find their baby crying in hunger because caregivers refused to adapt or even make a simple phone call. Lesson learned: During tours, daycares may seem well-organized and responsive, but always ask detailed questions about how infants are actually cared for and fed. Make sure the caretakers are not only trained—but compassionate and flexible enough to respond to a baby’s basic needs

We enrolled our 2yo at Montessori Children Center during a very uncertain time in the middle of COVID when parents couldn't even go inside. It's been 4 years since and the school not only earned our trust but also gave our child the foundation to grow into a considerate and confident kindergartener. We're especially thankful to Ms. Margaret for her patience, guidance, and thoughtful teaching. The entire teaching staff was supportive and caring. The Montessori approach here has worked well for our child encouraging independence, curiosity, and respect for others. It's also worth mentioning that the school has been run smoothly and with care since the change in management over a year ago. For any parents who considering starting preschool for their child, we're glad we made the choice to send our kid to MCC!
