Moni came highly recommended by my family - she helped my brother buy his first home in Newark in 2017 and his second in Fremont in 2021. She absolutely lived up to that reputation. We started exploring homes in mid-2025 and reached out to Moni in July. She showed us homes across different price points in Fremont, which helped us calibrate quickly. When we discovered the Marabel by Robson Homes community in Newark on our own and asked her to step in as our buyer's agent, she didn't skip a beat. She visited the community with us multiple times, did model home tours, and advised us on which customizations were worth it and which weren't. Things got stressful in late October when we signed a contract and only afterward realized the floor plan wasn't what we wanted. We had already signed. Moni stayed calm, helped us talk to the builder, and we switched to a completed home we had originally toured in September. From there she shifted into high gear - we needed to close by early December before traveling to India. She educated us on ARM loans, helped us shop external lenders, and negotiated a rate match with the seller's lender, getting us to 5.375% on a 5-yr ARM versus the 5.7% initially offered. She also worked with the builder to waive significant closing costs. During the final walkthrough, she caught issues with the garage door and windows and got them resolved quickly. Throughout all of this, it felt less like working with a professional and more like having a knowledgeable family member in your corner. We closed in December 2025 on our first home and couldn't be happier. If you're buying in the Bay Area, just call Moni.

I was a first time home buyer and was having a difficult time figuring it out. That all changed when I met Moni. She answered all my questions, explained the various quirks in making offers and evaluating properties and was super patient with me as I was figuring out what my ideal house was. Moni did such an amazing job for me during my recent sale of my condominium. What I thought would be a fairly straightforward sale took some complicated turns! As an experienced realtor, Moni took charge and got every single issue handled. I was so grateful for her professionalism and her determination to get the sale done. Working with Moni was an amazing experience. We wanted to buy a house quickly because our family was growing and Moni helped us find the most beautiful home in 3 months. The whole house looking process was very enjoyable and by the end of it we considered Moni our family. We are still in touch with her and plan to stay connected. She is extremely honest and hard working. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and she provided us insights that we did not notice but were very important in helping us find the right home for us.
