I’ve been coming here for nearly two years, and overall the assistants consistently do a great job. However, I’ve had a couple of concerning experiences with the owner. On two occasions, including the one shown in the attached photos, I ended up with cuts that left my skin burning for days afterward. While I’m happy with the eyebrow shape itself, the discomfort and injury are hard to overlook. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I’d love to continue coming here but with more care taken during the service.

While blow dry, she burned my ear badly. Instead of saying sorry, she said it’s my fault because I am looking down. She gave no discount or didn’t apologise . My ear is hurting so bad and my skin came out of my ear😭😭

Mona does great eye brow but today I got hair cut and coloring done, I paid 280$ and found it extremely over price for the kind of tools they used and pulled my hair so much while styling that I had severe head ache even after taking medicine for hours. The hair at the scalp was damp when I left and I told them but they said they're working on it, my dress got damp too..I should've rather gone to vintage on blacow which is highly rated and gentle and paid 150$ for similar service..I also added the expected hair style picture and do not find it close to what it looks like..

Bad service, ask for receipts also never give me. I want to claim under my company also hard. Said will send me and end never send to me as well. Still can block my number and never send me the receipt of $15 USD. Kindly send me WhatsApp on the receipt. I didn’t receive the email at all honestly.

I went three times for eyebrows in last two months but today was the last time. Every time I had so many cuts but I still went because it’s close to grocery place. Today was just annoying, an Indian senior lady was talking non stop on my face without mask while doing eyebrow, rubbing her hands over my eyebrows, forehead, hairs all over in weird way…no other eyebrow person ever do that touching all your face everywhere...especially in COVID time … please nooooo…… may be was trying to be friendly like Indian aunty types. I felt so annoyed that I took bath after coming home. And on top of that my both eyebrows are different shapes with bruises and swelling on one 🤷‍♀️.. will never go back.
