I needed a device in a hurry I was able to call in and speak with someone directly to get it overnighted and I am shipping. They took the extra time to go through and make sure that I had everything I needed including looking for the unit that I really wanted. We were able to find an acceptable alternative and they were able to get it out the same day. Five stars all the way for communication and product and pricing.

Worst experience ever. I got liquid coller with broken pipe. As it is seen on the photo the pipe was broken because inproper packaging. The tube did not fit into the foam and was broken because of that. The outer packaging is ok as again seen on the page. Amazon and the seller put me in the back and forth game telling that the other one should accept return. It took month and surely amazon return doensn't work anymore and the seleller tells it is my fault because I did not return it and waited long. But I reported about the problem right away to the seller and amazon. Finally I offered the selelr to send replacement with a new order I placed but he refused and blamed me for the problem. And this is after i made almost 20 orders with him for different parts. I like dynatron but teh seller is awful. There are a lot of other resellers of dynatron so look elsewhere.
