I have a ff appointment but i was sick the night before and tried to reschedule my appointment the front desk was like i can cancel your appointment but you will have to pay $25….. I was like is she serious? since when did you have to pay to reschedule/cancel an appointment? im being considerate not showing up at the clinic sick. Does anyone experienced this w the clinic?

I had a very disappointing experience with the front office staff during an attempt to reschedule a medical appointment for my client. The receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending throughout the call. She was unwilling to work with me to find an appointment time that would accommodate my client’s medical needs, and the conversation went back and forth several times with no effort on her part to problem-solve. At one point she even said, “I don’t know what you want me to do,” when I asked if she could look into other options, given that the physician no longer works on Fridays and my client has standing medical appointments on the only days he is now available. I suggested seeing a different doctor, and only after what I assume was a conversation with a coworker did she finally say that this was, in fact, possible. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was very concerning. I truly hope this office is aware of how their front-desk staff interacts with the public, as it reflects poorly on the quality of care the clinic strives to provide.

Jocelyn was very helpful, respectful, and professional—I would love to work with her from here on out. Unfortunately, my experience with the other receptionist was disappointing. She came across as rude and gave the impression that she did not want to do her job. I was very dissatisfied with her level of service

Recently been to this office and wanted to share my experience. Great team working very hard and taking care of the patients. Definitely can tell they know what they are doing and are very organized. Best experience I’ve had at an eye doctor’s office .

Very rude receptionist who just told me that my appointment is cancelled and said someone called but I never received any messages about it. Not even a word to apologize just make you feel it is normal you as a patient just had to accept. Do they really think their paycheck come from unknown? Without patients, how can you get paid. Donot recommend to anyone at all.
