Mission surgery center is top notch. They are very clean and orderly and their front desk is 100% helpful as well as available. They have plenty of parking and I felt comfortable as soon as I stepped foot in their waiting room. I’m sure their care is held to the same standard.

Dr. Jaimish and his staff provide some of the best care we have ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, everyone is professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on patient comfort. The level of attention to detail is remarkable, and every interaction reflects their commitment to providing exceptional care. Dr. Jaimish takes the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure patients feel comfortable and well-informed. While Mission Surgery used to have a good customer service, after our recent visit today we observed that they are either overwhelmed with lots of patients or their customer service have been degraded. It takes a long time more than 30 minutes for them to call the patient in from the front desk. It takes another 50 minutes for them to apply IV for the patient who is my mom, and it took another 1:30 hours for them to take her into the surgery room. I believe waiting for nothing more than 3 hours overall is brutal for the patients and those who accompany them. I’m very frustrated and unhappy with the wait time. I believe it is a long time for a patient to wait and this is a new normal unfortunately since atleast our last two visits for my parents. I hope necessary improvements are applied so no patient feels unattended.

Great clinic with friendly and professional staff. Special thanks to the interpreter who helped translate for my grandmother—they were patient, kind, and made the whole visit much easier. We really appreciate the excellent service!

Highly recommend this place. Dr., nurses are amazing. They explain everything and answer all my concerns. Made me feel very comfortable. I went in with high anxiety and came out with no anxiety. The energy in the building was amazing everyone helping each other and taking care patients. Very clean.
