Dr. Pareek is a nightmare. My new insurance company assigned him as my primary care provider. During my initial visit, the assistant made note of my current prescriptions. When I got to meet with Dr. Pareek, here merely asked me what I wanted, no questions about medical history. I explained I was transferred to him and I wanted to continue my course of medication. He agreed and told me to call his office one week before I ran out of medication. I did so, and was told he was out of the country and no other physicians at the practice were willing to prescribe my medications. I was asked to wait for a two weeks when he would call me to confirm the prescriptions. I finally receive a call a week and a half later to confirm my prescriptions and get disconnected during our conversation. He did not call me back. I call the front office and I am told they will have him call me back. He never did. Some prescriptions were filled but none to control my Type 2 diabetes. I call back, and I am told that he cannot see me for another two weeks. I am advised to drop in the next day to speak to a physician's assistant to get the prescriptions taken care of. I come in the next day have to argue with the receptionist to convince them to let me see the PA. I am now running blood sugar levels as high as 350 mg/dl, as I pray that the PA will see me soon and resolve this. Update: It turns out the clinic charged me a full copay for the 5 minutes I was on the phone trying to correct this matter with Dr. Pareek. Kudos to Dr. Mohamed Khan for his help with new prescriptions.

Not good today my appointment 3:30pm I’m rightnow 3:20pm and wait for 1 hour 40 minutes..When I asked the nurse that my appointment is at 3:30, the nurse said that I will have to wait for 2 hours because the doctor's relatives and the first two patients will have their checkup first. This is all wrong. It is difficult to find time from work here and this wrong appointment booked the customer and told me to go somewhere else.

came for my scheduled appointment and was told after waiting half an hour it was not possible and to come back. came back with a new scheduled appointment wasn't given forms until half an hour into waiting following my initial check in. waited over an hour to be seen.

This is my first time coming here, after checking the great reviews. I waited for around 30 mins but no one has assisted me yet. There were patients waiting there before me and they were late just for their appointments because the staff were holding an appointment at front desk. Just because you guys have great reviews doesnt mean you can make the patients wait and do whatever you can. You need to let the patients acknowledge.

The most amazing the most respectful dr and nurses in this beautiful hospital I mean there. Behave with patient is outstanding god bless them all to make happy life for community and country
