“Just had a surgery. We rushed to catch up my papers works since we receive the call in the late afternoon. Been there 4:28pm to be exact and only to find out they’ve closed. People are inside but no help. Office hours say 8am to 5pm” Time and gas just got wasted, thank you!

We had a very positive experience with Dr. Nemeth at Mission Peak Orthopedic Medical Group. We brought my mom in for pain in her hand and fingers, and Dr. Nemeth took the time to listen to her concerns, thoroughly evaluate the issue, and explain the different treatment options available. She was approachable, and easy to talk to, which made my mom feel comfortable throughout the appointment. We appreciated that she answered all of our questions and made us not feel rushed. Overall, we are satisfied with the care and service we received. We would definitely recommend Dr. Nemeth to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate orthopedic specialist.

Why does a medical facility have such unconcerned staff at the front desk? I called the front desk to schedule my appointment after having 3–4 prior visits with them. Initially, she scheduled me for a specific day and time. Later, she informed me that my insurance was no longer valid and said they would call me back once it was confirmed. However, she called only after my appointment window had already passed. When I contacted my insurance provider, they confirmed that nothing had changed and that my insurance is still active and the same as used for my previous visits. When I shared this information with the office, they responded rudely and said they would call back after confirming again. I had to cancel my plans for an appointment that never happened and deal with these unprofessional representatives. All i put effort was to get an appointment with Dr Bahn as he is good at what he does and very accommodating. Probably not his assistants. Take my business somewhere else now. Good luck with that unprofessional attitude.

I normally don’t write reviews but I am so disappointed in this clinic that forced me to write this review. I particularly asked for appointment with Dr Motamed for follow up visit of my 92 years old mother but at the time of visit a physician assistant was scheduled to see my mother. Their staff are very rude and unorganized. The billing department was the worst of all. They are very incompetent in what they are supposed to do. My mother has Medicare and supplement insurance. After each visit they force me to pay the bill before filling with Medicare which I refused to pay and the staff, who was a kid, threatened me to send the bill to collection agency. I asked his name and he refused and instead showed me a face. I am very disappointed with this clinic and I will never recommend it to anyone.

Dr Soheil Motamed and the rest of the team at the office were always professional and took great care of me throughout my experience with them. From initial diagnosis to surgery to post-op, the team acted in timely fashion, was there to answer any of my questions / concerns and ultimately fixed my bad shoulder.
