Sadly, this wasn’t a good stay. I was booked into a room that the hotel manager booked people who smoked either next to me or above me. I stayed for four days and during two of those days there was a strong cigarette smoke in my hotel room. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she was incredibly rude, almost on a bully level. She put the blame on me. I even asked her to come in my room and smell the cigarette smoke. She lied and said “I don’t smell it” when it was absolutely smelling like cigarette smoke. She told me that she wasn’t going to talk to anybody near my room about the no smoking policy. Even a gentle reminder. No apology was made to me. So beware this manager can be a bully and she definitely bullied me during my stay. I will not be returning. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, it’s hit and miss. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. It is calm. It’s quiet. It’s great for a quiet peaceful walk. But this manager, depending on how she views you, she can be incredibly rude and insensitive. Another issue I had was the first day I was here. I came home from work on lunch. I got out of my car walking to my hotel room door and she happen to be cleaning a room near mine and walked right up to me and said “why aren’t you at work? What are you doing here?” Never in my life have I stayed at a hotel where a manager makes you feel guilty for coming into your hotel room at any time during the day or night. Literally this manager is so incredibly rude. I have never experienced anything like someone like her at a hotel stay.

We didn't even make it to our room. The office clerk was extremely rude. She said we didn't have a reservation and She wouldn't even look it up. (That we had already paid for). She said we where friends with some random girl that was sitting out side with 2 puppy's. She said they are not pet friendly and said that was another reason she wouldn't allow us to check in to our prepaid room. So we are having to go back and forth with her and the platform that we booked with because someone can't get their story straight. We where lucky enough to find another room way cheaper, cleaner, and better staffed up the street at Extended Stay America. I will not even recommend this place to my enemy. So sad this used to be a family friendly place with good friendly staff.

i’ve been staying here for years and every single time i’ve stayed here i’ve always had a great experience! they treat me just like family.. even better than some family. it’s definitely a home away from home service is great 24/7 help. and the upgrades on the rooms are very nice!

This place clean, nice and comfortable. I stayed here last week and their kitchenette make you feel at home. They had every I need. The manager and the front desk personal excellent. They went out of their to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. I will definitely stay there again in future.

Our check in only took about 5 minutes and the sweet woman at the desk was friendly and personable. Our room was spotlessly clean and included a microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. The property is very quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling in the Fremont area.
