Today is Christmas Eve 2025 and a tree fell down on a power line leaving my residential tenants without power. I had a great experience with Mission Electric previously so they were the first company I called today for this emergency. Greg was amazing at getting everything in order such as sending me their W-9, Insurance, getting the materials picked up for the job and scheduling the call with his techs. At about 12pm their tech Dang showed up and he worked tirelessly until about 7pm (on christmas eve!!!) and even during the pouring rain. He got soaked! If it wasnt for Mission Electric my tenants would have to be in a hotel for Christmas instead of at home with their families. When I thanked Dang profusely for his long day spent working, he said "this will just make a memory to look back on." What a way to reframe a crappy job where youre working in the dark, soaking wet, on Christmas Eve and turn it into something positive. Amazing company with amazing employees. Merry Christmas!

This company was very professional. I was the point of contact for Mission Electric Company and they came to take out our fixtures and cover up the wires. Robert was the tech that came through and he was very kind. He represented the company so well.
