I had a terrible experience at this beauty salon. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. She was on her phone the entire time and showed no respect for customers. The work was not done properly, especially the waxing, which was rushed and poorly done. When I asked for a specific hair dye color, she used a completely different color without listening to me. The products she used were very cheap quality. I do not recommend this salon at all. Very poor service and no respect for customers.

Mini is wonderful and competent. For the past year since I moved to fremont I have been trying to find someone to thread my eyebrows, but hadn't found anyone I thought did a good job until I came here! I wish I had found her sooner! And her prices are some of the lowest I have seen in the bay as an added bonus. Excellent customer service and excellent job! I'll be coming here from now on!

Quickest eyebrow threading experience I've had. Happy with the results. Just felt very uncomfortable that the person wasn't wearing a mask though the service required her to come few inches away from me. She shrugged it away and continued the service without a mask. The whole experience made me uncomfortable. I'm not going back.

Made up stars by her friends only. She’s ruined my hair. I when to highlight my hair. All the time she’s talking and doesn’t pay attention to the hair. Zero (0) knowledge, from the beginning she’s like oh yes I can. Once you start with her she doesn’t care about the hair. And will wash your hair with cold water dry with stained dirty towel. No idea how this store exist. I asked her at-least partial refund since she ruined my hair. She didn’t at all. Please be careful !!
