Viqar and wajahat were very helpful and professional. They resolved my phone issues and helped activate my T-Mobile devices quickly. Great customer service! They could have sent to T-Mobile store but they preferred to help! I'm happy 😊

Great experience at this location, including the Corporate Metro store. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive from start to finish. The store manager was especially helpful, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and making sure we received the best options available. Plans and promotions were explained clearly, activation was quick and hassle-free, and customer service was excellent. The store was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend this location.

Non-existent customer service. Went in trying to remove a line on a family plan. Guy says they don't do that in store, contrary to the 611 message directing me to go-to a store based on certain circumstances. Thanks for the run-around. Went to another store and they took care of it just fine.

We had a really good experience today at metro pcs located in Mowry. Our service helper named Syed was very kind and helpful as well. I really recommend coming back to this place again.
