Although I live close to the Pleasanton dealership, it was Mo and his team at Mercedes-Benz of Fremont who helped diagnose the issue with my C300. While Pleasanton made no real effort to identify the problem, the Fremont team treated me very well. They quickly replicated the issue I described, replaced the necessary parts under warranty, and provided excellent, professional service throughout. I highly recommend their service department.

This is by far the best Mercedes service center. They are transparent, honest, on time, and truly customer service driven compared to other Mercedes centers. I recommend TIM in the service department if you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, good person.

This is my go-to service center in the Bay even though they are not the closest to where I live. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism, which puts them well above any other MB service centers in the area. Gus and the other service advisors are efficient, not pushy, and a pleasure to work with.

My sprinter van needed a belt replaced and I was far from home. They got me in and out in a few hours. Work was done superbly and price was fair. 100% recommend these guys.
