1st time going to Men's Warehouse in Fremont at Pacific Commons. Was greeted as soon as we walked in the store by Natasha. She helped me from start to finish with picking out my suitrle, to getting it tailored. Natasha was an excellent Customer service Rep. I highly recommend going to this store. When you do ask for Natasha.

Katya at Men’s Wearhouse truly set the bar sky high for customer service. From the moment we met her, she brought the warmest energy and made what could have been an overwhelming tuxedo rental process feel smooth, clear, and honestly enjoyable. She went completely above and beyond walking us through every detail of the tuxedo game for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she balanced being personable and professional in a way that made us feel like we were doing business with family, even though it was our very first time meeting her. I had a great visit to Men’s Wearhouse — Cathy and her Team were incredibly helpful and professional. She guided me to a black suit that fits well and offered honest styling tips. A team member even taught me a simple pocket-square fold so I left feeling confident for the event. Very courteous service and highly recommended.
