We recently worked with Megan Sharif on the sale of our family home. We cannot say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Megan is in the real estate business. She presented us with a full portfolio of the details of the home we were selling and comparable homes in the area. She then assisted us with certain improvements to make to the home and had it beautifully staged. Her marketing was amazing. She advertised the home through various methods with beautiful pictures and had a professional video made. Her flyers were professionally done. She went all out on the open houses with full on advertising, flags and even a guitarist! She received multiple offers above asking price for us and provided her expert input into determining the best one. And as a bonus, Megan is very personable and friendly. She was always available and responsive to any questions we had. She is very easy to work with and made the whole process so simple for us. She is the consummate professional!
