Meeting room was clean and well kept. There is a restroom in the space, making it convenient for longer meetings. There is also a water cooler (with hot water option) but you need to provide the cups. We did not need the A/V system but they have a projector and screen available for those who need it.

Used for client seminars. Affordable and very convenient. I only needed to sign rental agreement once, and all other future rentals I just needed to check with the owner to see about availability and make my payment online. Love the 10 foot screen for the projector. Satisfied returning customer. Look forward to using their new location in Alameda

Great meeting room at an affordable price. Quiet and plenty of parking spaces. The A/V equipment is complete. It has all kinds of A/V cables that you can think of. It's a pleasure dealing with Dion. He has an answer for every question; and he is very accommodative.

Very convenient. Ideal for our business presentations with projector and audio visual equipment included in the rental rate. Plenty of free parking.

The room was great! Having EVERYTHING there with the details on how to use made it even better. Dion you are on top of it! Was a smooth process from the booking, payment and getting the code and details to us prior to event.
