We had a disappointing experience at this dental office today. My mother had a new patient appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM, which I confirmed the day before with the staff. We arrived early, but when we got there, the office was closed and no staff members were present. The entire team arrived late from lunch after the scheduled appointment time. While we understand that things happen, no one apologized for the delay or acknowledged that our time had been affected. Additionally, the interaction at the front desk felt dismissive and unwelcoming. First impressions matter, especially in healthcare. Unfortunately, this experience did not feel professional or patient-centered in anyway. We ended up canceling the appointment and scheduling somewhere else.

Be careful when going here, they said my dad’s procedure would not be covered. He threw out rejection codes he’d gotten before with other people but refused to try and bill with my dad’s insurance. So we’d have a substantial copay. I called the insurance company and they told me that the office is incorrect. So I got a second opinion with another dental office and we got everything covered. Please do your due diligence if you decide to come here.

Very unprofessional and inexperienced The receptionist lady refused to give my mom the paper work IN PERSON for the services they preformed which they couldn't even determine what was needed. NOT JUST OVER THE PHONE BUT SHE WENT BACK IN PERSON. THE FACT THAT THEY DIDNT GET HER PAPERWORK OF THE SERVICES THEY PREFORMED OR A DENTAL PLAN GOES TO SHOW THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING. My mom had to point out her area of pain and they suggested 3 different services even said it could be cancerous but prescribed antibiotics...? Shut this place down for fraud clearly they just ring up the insurance information. READING THE OTHER COMMENTS ON HERE IT LOOKS LIKE THEYVE EMAILED PERSONAL INFORMATION BEFORE SO THEIR PRIVACY REQUIREMENTS ARE BS.

I love how friendly they are to my little ones. They take their time to make sure my kids are comfortable. The communication with them have been amazing so far. I'll definitely be bringing my children back.

I can genuinely say that this office saved my life. No other dental office was willing to take my case or provide any assistance. However, this office and its staff were the first dental office in years to actually help me. Everyone in the office is very kind.
