MCIS Insurance Team offered us excellent customer service. We have been taking visitor insurance for our parents through them for several years now and have never had any issues. When we had to submit claims, the Claims department was extremely helpful every single step of the way, right from helping fill out the claim submission forms, to following up with the insurance company, all the way up to making sure that we received the refund amount. They are extremely approachable over phone calls and emails and as a customer, that is very comforting. We will continue to use their services in the future as well as needed and will highly recommend them. Thank you, MCIS Insurance Team !

MCIS offers excellent customer service. I bought visitors insurance for my parents from them. The process was smooth and they answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy visitor insurance.

Updated review September 8th 2014 Dharmesh Verma from the MCIS Multichoice insurance Service has been working with me for past few weeks to resolve these issues. There were two complaints: 1>Refusal by PAMF and Beacon to use the Coventry insurance. 2> Payment of fee to El-Camino hospital for my mother’s treatment. For Point 1, Dharmesh has communicated with Beacon/Santa Clara/PAMF for their refusal. I have been assured that this problem should not re-occur. For Point 2, we have start the process for the Insurance to pay on the El-Camino Claim In lieu of this, modifying my review to 4-star. I am taking my mother in law in couple of weeks. Stay tuned for more! --------------------- Imagine taking your mother to an urgent care and realizing that they don't accept the insurance. Insurance for that you paid a considerable amount of money. Insurance that is supposed to cover pre-existing all other potential conditions. Insurance with a coverage of nearly 100K.Insurance that will end up in you getting calls from collection agency. Yeah that's my experience with this company!!! Took an insurance for 1500$ for my mother .She was visiting from India for few months. None of the urgent care listed on their website accepted the insurance. They claim PAMF, Santa Clara Urgent care and US health works as participating urgent care hospitals. All of them flatly refused to accept this insurance. What was terrible that there was no support from this company? I ended up taking my mom to El-Camino hospital. Hoping that as claimed by this company that all emergency care would be covered. Alas I was fooled, two months after this incident, I started getting collection calls from El-Camino hospital... Highly suggest to ignore these when buying insurance next time for your parents

I had a very good experience with them i bought my OPT insurance for me and Visitor insurance for my parents from them the process was real quick and they cleared all my doubts. I strongly recommend them for OPT, Visitor and Student insurance.
