This was honestly the best McDonald’s sandwich and fries I’ve had in years. Everything tasted like it came right out of the oven—hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. I even told the manager I would give the team an A+. Great job! VOC feedback like this matters, and this team truly deserves the recognition....

McDonald's is not the same! The employee should be happy because right now, we don't have any interaction!! The fries are low quality (used to be the best) / burger 😓wasn’t good at all

I rarely write review for fast food restaurants, cos I don't expect much, and usually the food is good enough. However McDonald's has been so terrible recently. Fries are slimy, Mccrispy are the same size as mcchicken are both are suuuper dry, it's like I'm eating dry cardboard. Yet, they raise their price on everything. Hell nah.

The manager María its the most accommodating and understanding manager, she was really helpful when I place a had an issue with a mobile order. I really appreciate her and the team there

Drive through order. I ordered 2 luxury spicy crispy chicken sandwich , 4D, they give me 2 sandwich with only bun and chicken, nothing else. Really don’t want to spend time to drive back and argue. Never gonna come back again. 1 star for poor service.
