Guy delivered our happy meal without a toy. And no tray, we order to dine-in. Personnel here see me standing there trying to get their attention and they never acknowledged or addressed me. Finally I had to talk loud to the back to someone and they ignored me as well. As the same guy delivering food was also attending the drive thru. I think this location is severely under staffed. It’s bad management and bad training to the employees. Bad experience in general. Won’t come back here “We value your feedback so much that we’d like you to repeat it somewhere else.” Or “Thank you for your feedback. We have carefully redirected it to a place where it may never be seen again.” These responses from the owner are a perfect example of why things are like they are at this location

They missed the burger from my son’s happy meal box for the second time… I also paid extra to add lettuce to my burger and there were only 5 small pieces of lettuce. Very unsatisfied.

The cashier was unable to give me an order. I asked for the 4 piece Mc crispy by 3 and she said we don’t do that here. Then gave me a receipt of A different order. The time was 1:33pm on the 1st of June 2026. Then I paid at the second window and they put 2 in each box. I realized the cashier was projecting her poverty onto me. Because why would she assume I wanted anything else??

Went to the counter to get a refill of my drink. The manager came to the counter with someone's order. She looked at me so I asked for a refill, she repeated what I wanted and just walked back into the kitchen. She just ignored me. I have never been disregarded at any other McDonald's, ever. Plus their price for a fish sandwich is .50 more than any other McDonald's. Plus they don't serve Diet Dr Pepper! I'm guessing I will not come back after the very rude manager's trick!! And I love McDonald's!!

I placed a mobile order to avoid the long drive-through line and ordered a two-cheeseburger meal along with chicken nuggets, including the sauces selected in the app. When I arrived at my destination, I discovered that the order was missing one cheeseburger and all the sauces. I called the restaurant and was told that I would need to return in person. After doing so, I waited approximately ten minutes before anyone acknowledged me, despite making eye contact with several employees. The process felt overly automated and lacked basic customer service. I ultimately requested a refund, which was processed without issue. Unfortunately, this experience is consistent with what I’ve encountered at multiple locations along the Union City/Fremont border. There does not seem to be a reliably dependable McDonald’s in this area. One star for me for not looking in the bag, I was on my lunch break!
