Having read your book and all your pamphlets previously, I visited your Freemont, CA store around Thanksgiving. I met Will, your store manager. I told him roughly what I wanted to spend and he directed me to several chairs to try. He also mentioned that the Osaki Fleetwood was on sale for $2500 off list. That got my attention. I spent a fair amount of time in that chair. I am not an impulse buyer, but did leave with a written quote from Will. I should add that Will was totally professional throughout, no pressure, let me browse as long as I wanted. I returned the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and purchased the Titan. The only downside to the purchase was the long delay until I received my chair on January 8. I realize that was not your fault, but probably due to the season. Anyway, there was a minor problem with assembly with the delivery crew. I visited Will a few days after delivery and mentioned the set up problem. I asked if it would be possible to have one of the repair people take a look. No problem. The repair man arrived about a week later, checked out everything on the chair made a few small adjustments and was on his way. The repair man, Rex Liu was also a total pro. Bottom line, I love the chair. Everything regarding the purchase was done in a totally professional manner. I named the chair, Sweet Caroline, "reaching out, touching me, touching you." Hope you are a Neil Diamond fan. One other thing I should mention. I ordered foot pads and back pad for the chair. I returned the foot pads, they were useless and never received the back pad. The return credit was in my check book before I got home. I live near Monterey maybe 90 minutes from the Freemont store. Thank you for the prompt credit.

I bought a massage chair from this store several months ago and had a wonderful experience. For anyone who wants to buy a massage chair, trying it with your own body is a must. You will never be able to tell if the chair is right for you until you try it. Massage Chair Relief is the perfect place to fulfill this request. They have the most choices compared to other massage chair sellers in the bay area. Ian, the manager of the store, is very patient, knowledgeable and honest. There was no sales pressure or tactics, and he always gave me realistic expectations. The chair I ordered was not in stock at that time, but it arrived much sooner than the date Ian told me. During the waiting time, he was so generous to lend me a very nice chair as a loaner and I only paid the delivery fee. The chair delivery and installation was also fast, on time, and professional. I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with this new Massage Chair Relief branch. I think we are lucky to have them in our area and I hope they do well. The store has a wide range of high quality chairs for you to try, competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, and an excellent lifetime free labor warranty. Their sales process is refreshingly relaxed and low pressure. I spent over two hours in their store trying different chairs looking for the right fit for me. Thank you Ian for taking the time to answer all my questions and for your great patience! I spent some time researching these chairs before visiting the store which I highly recommend if you want to find a chair that fits your budget and needs. Actually, the founder of this business has been in the industry for a long time and has tons of unbiased and honest information posted on their website and some great videos on YouTube. He takes the time to actually visit the factories where they manufacture these chairs which I think is really valuable. If you are making an investment in an expensive chair to benefit your health, then I think it’s a good idea to buy from someone like that so you can get their support if something goes wrong with your chair. I only purchased my chair a couple days ago and haven’t received it yet, but I will edit this review after delivery to give more feedback. I’m really looking forward to having a massage chair at home to help me unwind after long days working at a desk.

I recently purchased the D.Core2 from Ian in San Jose/Fremont, and overall I am very happy with the experience. I asked a ton of questions, tried several chairs in the showroom over a few different visits back to the store, and each time I had great service from Ian with zero sales pressure. I originally wanted to get a different chair which on paper seemed to beat the D.Core2, but after trying them all in person, the D.Core2 gave the best massage for my body. Something you really must try in-person to know for sure. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to go back to Ian/Massage Chair Relief/Dr Weidner, I am very happy that I got a chair from them! Much appreciated.

This business is the best!! I LOVE my massage chair. The consultation and advice from Ian were top-notch, the prices are excellent, and if there’s ever an issue, (we had a delayed order around the holidays, and the incorrect color chair arrived, through no fault of the company), the owner stepped in and made everything right. Highest possible recommendation.
