I had a great experience at marshals Fremont location. I got chance to meet Sima, I believe she is the manager. She helped me thru the whole process to return two items that I lost the receipt. But she explained me everything how it works and she made an exception to accept those returns. I’m a very loyal customer shops at marshals, home goods and tjx. Me and my husband we both have tjx rewards card that I love and use all the time. Sima is exceptionally good at customer handling. And I would definitely give her full credit for great customer care. Thank you.
