We try different restaurants every weekend for breakfast. This place is #1 among the others we have been to! The pongal, vadai, dosai - were absolutely perfect. Idly, idiyaappam, chutneys, sambar, kesari - no complaints at all. The masala chai was excellent! But it’s not available in the breakfast buffet. Only coffee is available. If the chai could be a part of the buffet, it would make the breakfast moments perfect! And if they would be ready by 9 am at the opening time, it would be great. It takes a while till the food is brought outside. Even with all these inconveniences, the taste of the food is great - so, I’m giving this place 5 stars. Quite a big place. Plenty of parking available.

We visited as a group of 4 adults and 1 child. Two of us chose the buffet, while the others ordered à la carte. As soon as we walked in, the owner rudely told us there was no sharing. If sharing is a concern, put up signs or monitor the buffet and stop people if they're actually sharing. Making that the first thing you say to customers in a rude tone is not good hospitality. The owner's behavior made us want to leave right away, but since it was already late, we didn't have many other dining options and decided to stay. The buffet was very disappointing. The food was extremely oily, several items were not refilled, and the buffet chapathis were undercooked, while the à la carte chapathi was perfectly cooked. If the buffet quality cannot be maintained, it's better not to offer one. Our 4-year-old daughter also threw up after eating the very greasy rava dosa. When we mentioned it, the owner simply said that rava dosa is not for kids. My daughter has eaten rava dosa many times before without any issues, so this response felt dismissive rather than showing any concern. When I politely shared my feedback, the owner assumed I was trying to avoid paying the bill instead of listening to my concerns. His response was, "What do you want me to do now?" Overall, this was a very poor experience. Rude service, disappointing food, poor cleanliness, and an unpleasant atmosphere. I would not recommend this place.

The chocolate dosa quickly became a favorite for our kids. We were especially touched by the staff’s kindness; they patiently explained the menu items, which made it easy for us to try new dishes with confidence.

Looking for home like South Indian food, here in Warm springs, Fremont -Visit MIK. Excellent fresh & crispy Dosa made to order. Sambhar, Chutneys & Rasam vadai (can be spicy those favor it) - top notch. Fresh filter coffee, reminds u of Chennai! I get my dosa & rava dosa fix here! Neat happy hour menu and weekend specials. Do give a try.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience here! Right from the start, we were greeted with a welcome pudina (mint) drink part of buffet that was just too good such a refreshing and thoughtful touch. The buffet is amazing, packed with so many delicious, authentic choices. A huge standout for us was the chaat! Beyond the incredible food, the owners are just wonderful, genuinely kind people who went out of their way to make us feel so welcome. If you are looking for amazing food and top-tier hospitality, you have to check this place out. Highly recommend!
