This was my first salon experience, and it was absolutely great! My stylist, Breanna, made me feel comfortable right from the start with a consultation before my hair coloring, especially helpful since this was a big change for me. As we went through the process, she explained each step, which helped me feel at ease and more familiar with everything. Now I know what to expect the next time I return and will definitely bring a book or my headphones. 😆 I didn’t even think about the waiting time for the dye to set in. On the other hand, the music they played in the salon was a vibe! 🫶🏽 I truly appreciated how attentive my stylist was and checking on my comfort in the chair and offering water and other beverage options. She also finished with a beautiful blowout that I loved. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Loved my first visit to the Madison Reed salon in Fremont. The staff was friendly and helpful. A colorist applied and washed out my color, and I used the self-serve blow dryer and my own tools to finish. Great experience!

I love this place! I’ve been going there for about three months now. I started with full hair color, and they also offer a membership, which is really convenient—you can choose the services you need. It’s definitely worth the money. My hair looks so much better now
