Macciola, Inc. is truly a top-tier team. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable, uber responsive, clear in communicating all aspects of the transaction, and provided great insights and advice on each step. His attention to detail and solid negotiating skills helped me secure an excellent sale price. The closing process was smooth and my home sale was completed in 44 days from listing. In addition, he helped me coordinate all necessary repairs with various service providers before listing so we received an as-is offer with no conditions. Also a special mention to his partner, Gabby, for all her exceptional marketing and outreach to get maximum exposure for my listing. My wife and I recently decided to sell our lifelong home in SoCal and make the move to Tennessee. We found a home online that appeared to meet our needs and expectations, and began the home purchase process. A close friend told us about Jonathan Macciola and his real estate prowess. I made contact with him and contracted him to negotiate our sale. Since we were buying sight unseen, Jonathan was a powerful force in being our eyes and ears in the process. Jonathan went to the home one day early on and walked us through a FaceTime video presentation. He guided us through the inspections, pointed out problem areas and negotiated solutions for us. Escrow closed on 8/23/25 and we were able to take possession on 8/25/25. We are very pleased with our new home and community and thankful for Jonathan’s guidance through the purchase process.
