If I could give 10 stars, I would. John, the owner, is one of the best mechanics I’ve worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles and maintenance, and just as importantly, he is friendly, patient, and genuinely caring — qualities that make a huge difference when you’re dealing with a broken-down car. John treats your vehicle as if it were his own. He provides honest, thoughtful recommendations focused on long-term reliability, never pushes unnecessary repairs, and consistently looks for ways to save you money without cutting corners. Communication throughout the process was clear and detailed, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. I will absolutely be a repeat customer and would strongly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy Mercedes service.

For a German-American…quality is the most important thing before cost. And this is what John and his team does for my fleet of Mercedes for over 20 years. You seldom find an expert who is also kind and nice and explains everything with patience and all pro and cons. His shop is great organized and clean. We had never any issues after his repairs. I’m 100% sure, if you need a professional expert, with good prices and get the job done…go to John…look no further! Hmm I wonder why it took me 20 years to write a review…oh there were no google reviews yet….lol

For over 15 years I took my Mercedes to Fletcher Motors for service, maintenance and repairs. Now I am kicking myself for not having discovered Mercedes Only Car Specialists sooner. Not only are they less expensive compared to Fletcher Motors, but the service is also more personal. When I first met John, who is not only very knowledgeable but also a straight shooter, I was impressed. True to my initial assessment, my initial experience was very good. My first transaction with M1 was a huge confidence builder. John kept me posted during the day and delivered the car on time and at the price quoted! He also prioritized what work was needed to be done. I have nearly 180,000 miles on my car and I would gladly keep working with John and his team for next 20,000 miles I am hoping my car will run.

I visited M-1 Mercedes Only today for a battery replacement and vibration diagnosis. John and Jonathan were exceptionally transparent, honest and professional. They patiently addressed my concerns, carefully diagnosing and resolving the issues with my vehicle. It was a truly positive experience.
