My only dentist since 1998. Cleanings, x-rays, fillings. I have choices, but Dr Robert Lum is My dentist. I like that he is hands-on from cleaning to flossings. Once in a while, the front receptionists changes the experiences slightly, but I am there for the doctor's skillset and experience. Martha is exceptional as the Assistant, x-ray tech, or Dental Hygienist.

Robert Lum has been my dentist since I moved to the area seventeen years ago. He and his staff are excellent, very professional, and friendly. I've had a couple of chipped teeth repaired, and filling or two, x-rays every two years, and a thorough cleaning during every single visit.

My husband began seeing Dr Robert Lum 13 years ago, when his previous dentist retired. I began seeing Dr Lum 10 years ago, when I realized I could find a pain free dentist. We drive from the Central Valley to Fremont just to see Dr Lum, he's that good. In fact he's the best! Dr Lum is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and courteous. His office staff is welcoming and professional. His office is bright and clean. He never recommends anything unless he really believes we need it. It's a good feeling to have a dentist we can trust. With his care, our teeth are in great shape! We are very happy with Dr Lum. We highly recommend him, as a matter of fact, our adult children changed to him as well.

Dr. Robert Lum is by far the best dentist we have ever known. He and his staff are caring, professional, and friendly. We were never rushed or feel like a number in a production line. Dr. Lum's workmanship on my young son's broken front teeth is top notch and natural looking. Dr. Lum really came through for us by working after hours to fix the teeth. Even after moving to Livermore for 15 years we still travel to Fremont to Dr. Lum for our dental care.

I've been seeing Dr Robert Lum for 15+ years, no one likes to go to the Dentist but this office staff always makes the trip more pleasant, always greeted with a smile. I moved out of the area, tried another dentist to save travel time, but came right back to Dr Robert Lum, it's like seeing an old friend....comfortable. Thanks for everything!
