My kid had piano lessons here 2 years ago. The owner (Mr. John) was extremely rude. He doesn’t teach piano but he would get mad at the students and started yelling at our piano teacher too.

We've been sending both our daughter and son since around 6-years-old. I've seen great progress with them. Both of them have built a good bonding with their piano teachers. During the very first year, my daughter's learning was very slow, partly due to lack of practice when she got home. Over time, learning from Angela, she (now 9) has gradually built up good foundations and now can explore playing pop songs that she hears and enjoys. Dylan is the teacher for my son. I feel they have a matching personality with a naughty touch. Dylan is also an accomplished composer with his own music pieces that I like a lot.

We've been with Ales Music School since my daughter just started her 1st grade. Now she's in 5th grade, and we can't be happier with the piano education she's had it here. We are glad that we found a teacher as patient, friendly, loving and knowledgeable as Mrs. Zhu. My daughter has been taking lessons with her for almost 4 years. She is flourishing under Zhu's teaching and aspiring to be a better little pianist. The manager, John, is also very supportive and always listen to parents' needs. If you want to try other instruments, or take vocal class, John would respond to your request very fast and find you a good teacher to have a free trial class. The annual recital is a wonderful event to get all the students to get together to show their music talent. We really like this music school.

Both of my kids are taking piano lessons here. Angela, and a few other teachers, is very patient and always shows positive attitude. Angela is extremely good about explaining the complex (boring sometimes) pieces to kids. Both of my girls love her and have been learning with her for a few years.

My kid has been learning piano for the past two years. Kid friendly, and teachers are good to kids; that's priority number one out of the way. Teachers are knowledgeable and my kid has come a long way in his skills. They have an issue with teacher turnaround but they are dealing with it.
