Lou was recommended to us by our family realtor who had retired. After our first sit down, we knew Lou had the experience we needed. We were moving to San Diego and selling our home in Newark. Sounds easy, but believe me...the stars needed to be aligned at very specific times to make everything work. Looking back, I still don't know how he did it. Lou cares about his clients, and you can feel it in every conversation you have with him. He can relate to anyone's situation and find you your next perfect home.
