I recently started using this property management company and so far the experience has been very positive. Jose is extremely responsive and rented out our property very quickly. He paid close attention to our specific needs and kept us well informed throughout the process. I evaluated several other property management companies in the Fremont area, but they didn’t show the same level of attention to detail—one even missed a scheduled appointment. Jose runs a smaller operation, which so far has translated into more personalized service. It’s still early in the relationship, but I’m optimistic and will update this review as we continue working together.

I started working with this PM company over 2-3 years ago. Initially, it was a great experrience with the mangment team. They have had rotation of employees and for now, th enew set of employees are totally untrained, non-responsive and terrible in people management. My suggestion is to be very careful before signing a property management contract wit them.

They’ve consistently been professional, responsive, and easy to work with during a time when property management could have been especially challenging. They made it simple to manage both the properties and the tenants, handled issues efficiently, and communicated clearly whenever something came up. Jose did a great job finding a tenant for my rental. Communication was consistent and he really puts in the effort to make sure he finds quality tenants.
