I am surprised to see the other comments. Unfortunately my experience has been horrible. I bought a BMW X5 from Longi via an auction. It has been 19 days and counting since purchase and I have no vehicle and no communication as to when or if I will receive it I have done all paperwork and wired funds some time ago. I had no response post auction and had to chase the seller who told me a day after the auction that he would reach out “tomorrow”. 4 days later and after persistently trying to reach him the auction site got involved. He told them he was on vacation. This non-communication has persisted through out this whole process. I have had to reach out multiple times to initiate each step of this process such as the paperwork to complete the sale. Weirdly I even had to push to get the wire instructions. At every step I had to initiate activity and communication from Longi and his responses were always days later with minimal answers and no acknowledgement of the issues or ownership for them. I may have to get an attorney to litigate the return of my funds and am going to work with the auction site first on resolution.

Great experience buying a car from Ayan through an online auction site. Ayan was great to work with throughout the process. He was quick to respond, open and up-front about the car's quirks and features, and generally just a great person to talk to throughout the process. I highly recommend Longi Motorsports.

I also purchased a vehicle from Ayan without even seeing it in person. He provided over 160 pictures and also provided the maintenance recorded. He made the purchase process comfortable and trustworthy for me. Since the purchase, Ayan has been top notch in communication and handling everything. He organized shipping and all the paperwork. I just received my vehicle a few days ago and love it. Ayan is top notch and trustworthy. A man of his word. I recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle. I never have bought a vehicle sight unseen but these guys made me feel very, very comfortable! I flew in from Lubbock, Texas, they picked me up at the Oakland airport, we went to a place of business, finished the required paperwork and I was on my way. Also, a small detail but to me small details are important as to their mindset. I had a 1/2 tank of gas. How many times have you seen a car for sale and the gas light is on as it’s near empty? How cheap, not these guys. 5 day later they called me to affirm that I made it home safely! When was the last time someone did that for you? You will not be disappointed in their attention to detail and their character . Wonderful experience with them! Buy with confidence from them! Thanks again for all your great help and work!
