Jeff E. was super helpful. He explained all the information we needed to know and helped us navigate everything. He was very pleasant! We got a mattress and will probably be going back for more furnishings. They have a very big selection and a big clearance department in the back as well

I went there to purchase a couch, I seen one I really liked, the sales retail person Veronica, she was very nice and friendly, I would recommend going there for your furniture

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating — and I’m honestly at my wits’ end. It’s been 5 days since my scheduled delivery, and my bed is still broken and unusable — taking up space in my room while I sleep on the floor. I paid extra for white glove delivery, expecting a smooth and professional setup. Instead, the delivery team installed the bed incorrectly, left a support leg hanging loose, and walked away without saying a word — leaving it in a dangerously unstable position. Since then, I’ve contacted customer service multiple times. They eventually sent another team — but that delivery was incorrect too. Despite repeated follow-ups, I still haven’t received a clear update, resolution, or even a basic timeline. This ordeal has completely thrown off my move-in plans and left me with a half-assembled bed I can’t use, taking up valuable space in my room. If you’re considering Living Spaces, especially with white glove service, just know: you’re on your own if something goes wrong. One of the most disappointing customer experiences I’ve ever had.
