This has never been an issue before, but today Dr. Lisa Tao failed to double-check with me about the correct tooth to treat. She proceeded to use a dental abrasive strip on a wrong tooth without proper verification! there's usually an assistant present during my visits to help prevent such unprofessional mistakes, but today there was no one assisting. I'm extremely upset about this negligence, yet all they keep asking is whether I feel any discomfort - completely missing the point!

Dr. Tao is very nice professional and she explains everything well does everything according to the patient's needs she takes all kinds of dental insurance providers and their office is clean and follows covid-19 procedures the office also has nice front desk assistance and they don't try to offer you procedures that you don't need. (Both Chinese and English language offered)
