It was a great experience working with Linda and Leon from Top Mission Realty & Investment when selling my single-family house in Fremont, CA. We met Leon the first time when they were selling the next door house 3 years ago. He came to notify me there would be construction activities next door. So when we decided to sell my house, I immediately thought about them. Linda and Leon were incredibly knowledgeable and paid close attention to every detail. Recommended what to do and how much it would cost. They also introduced contractors for repairs and remodeling the property and arranging all the necessary home inspection and treatments, making sure the house was in the best shape possible before listing. During the remodeling process, they came to check the working progress and job quality almost every day for us. Then arranged house clean up, staging and decorating, making it a very beautiful home. Their efforts really made a difference in how the property showed. Both Linda and Leon are very professional, responsible and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They made the entire selling process seamless and easy for us. We worked with them closely and finished all the repairs and remodeling (completely remodeling the kitchen, two bathrooms, new doors inside out, front and back yard new lawns/sprinklers, new concrete for garage floor, driveway and sidewalk) within one month and put the house onto market in a week. We are so glad that we chose to work with them, and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to sell a home. They are a fantastic team, and I’m very grateful for everything they did for us.

This is our 3rd and 4th time working with Linda and she is truly the best in every aspect. She is detail oriented, communicative, honest, and gives the best advice to benefit her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell/buy a house. She did excellent market research and insight as to how to get the most out of our home sale. Not only did we get the price we wanted, but we also sold the house in less than 1 week. I also have to commend working with Leon. He has been equally as great to us, guiding us, advising us every step of the way. We are forever indebted to them and I am confident any potential client will not regret working with Linda and Leon. They helped us to get a great offer on our house and get our offer on a new house accepted all within 7 days. No one else could have done that for us. They are simply the best at what they do!
