This was my third visit to Lexus of Fremont, and unfortunately it was my most disappointing. Before picking up my vehicle, I specifically requested that my tires, brakes, and fluids be thoroughly inspected because I was preparing for a trip and wanted complete confidence in my vehicle. I was told everything looked good and was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I performed my own inspection, checking the oil level, coolant, brake fluid, washer fluid, and tires. During that process, the service manager and I found a nail in one of my front tires that ultimately required replacement. This was concerning because the vehicle had already been inspected and cleared. I understand that mistakes happen and that no service department is perfect. My frustration comes from the fact that I specifically raised concerns about the tires beforehand and still ended up finding an issue myself. I was also informed that another nail had previously been removed from the other front tire because it had not punctured all the way through, which left me uneasy about taking the vehicle on my planned trip. To be fair, the staff was professional and courteous throughout the process, and efforts were made to address the tire that required replacement. Communication from my service advisor was a little delayed at times, but I understand everyone gets busy and I do not place blame on any one individual. However, the missed inspection item, lack of follow-up regarding my concerns, and loss of confidence in the vehicle significantly affected my overall experience. I take great pride in maintaining my Lexus and keep detailed records of all service and maintenance. I genuinely wanted to establish a long-term relationship with this service department, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope Lexus of Fremont takes this feedback seriously and reviews my remaining tire concern so I can regain confidence in my vehicle and future service visits.

I reserved a vehicle and when I arrived they were very busy but I wasn't surprised since it was valentine's day weekend. The lovely cashier Farrah was extremely helpful and recognized that I was patiently waiting and found an advisor to assist me. Farrah may have even been more knowledgeable about the Lexus Reserve program than some of the advisors were. She was so kind, the original vehicle that had been set aside for me was too big and she wanted me to be comfortable and quickly found a smaller SUV to swap out for me. I am pleased with the service received. I would definitely recommend this location.

Not recommended to do any service here. My appointment was at 1pm, at the end I have received my car at 3pm. It was just oil change, 2hours is too much. Usually it takes 1 hour before in any Lexus dealerships. They washed the car terribly. I didn't expect detailing, but they couldn't even wash the car clean from the outside.

I appreciate Lexus Fremont for consistently providing excellent service and for going above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Also, I would like to recognize Nathan for his outstanding customer service. He is always kind, respectful, and attentive, making every visit a positive experience. Nathan takes the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure that everything is handled professionally.
