As first-time homebuyers in the Bay Area the task of finding and purchasing a house was both daunting and overwhelming. Leticia made finding our forever home truly an enjoyable experience. Leticia explained exactly what was going on at each step of the way. The properties she showed us were all variations of what we said we were looking for. Leticia made us feel like we were her only clients. When we found "the one," she gave us great advice on negotiating a price. She suggested that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us and it totally worked! We won the bid! Looking back on the whole experience, the negotiations, home inspections, communicating with lenders, getting us to closing on time and finally into our dream home, we realized just how invaluable all the work she put in was. Leticia exceeded our expectations, we could not have done this without her. We highly recommend Leticia to our friends and family for all their real estate needs.

Finding contractors in the Bay Area is never easy. Leticia had people at the ready to inspect, repair and stage.
