Four years ago, Leo helped us purchase our very first home. When it came time for us to both sell and buy again, we did not hesitate to choose Leo and Gloria’s team once more, because we fully trust their professionalism and expertise. During the selling process, we initially felt discouraged and worried that we wouldn’t be able to achieve our target price. Leo worked tirelessly on our behalf, successfully negotiated, and helped us sell the home. Even when a few unexpected challenges arose during escrow, he addressed them promptly and resolved the issues efficiently. On the buying side, Leo patiently showed us many homes, provided thoughtful advice, and carefully reviewed disclosures for each property. He always respected our decisions and never pressured us to overbid, unlike many agents who push clients to stretch beyond their comfort level. For example, there was a home we really liked, but due to foundation concerns, Leo strongly advised us to walk away based on his experience—advice we truly appreciated. Thanks to Leo’s strategic suggestion to avoid a round-number offer, we followed his advice and increased our offer by $5,000. That small adjustment made the difference—we won the dream home by a very narrow margin and successfully purchased a property we never thought was possible within our budget. During escrow, we encountered another hurdle when the home did not have a stove, which could have impacted the appraisal. Leo took full responsibility, coordinated with the seller and seller’s agent, arranged for a stove to be installed, and ensured the appraisal went through smoothly.
