My daughter bought a house here. The doorbell is not working from about 2 weeks, the customer support just brushes aside the complaints giving you phone number to reach out by yourself. Bell not fixed after filing multiple complaints with customer care Not a good experience at all.

Very bad customer service. Multiple issues with houses. We feel trapped after buying the house here. Moved in on march 19ish. The solar has not yet been activated, our neighbors moved in a month later than us. Their solar got activated. The customer care people try to fond loopholes to void your warranty
