Having got my I-485 denied due to my mistake I was looking for attorneys near Fremont and luckily came across Anish website. Scheduled a free consultation and felt so comfortable after the first interaction itself even though it was over the phone. Anish gave a thorough walkthrough of all the possible scenarios of why the I485 was denied and gave me very detailed guidance on the next steps. Based on the conversation we decided to go with Anish and filed a motion to reopen for which he was so patient with the document verification and my endless questions. Thanks to his help finally we were able to submit the motion and got our cases reopened. Anish Vashistha is a very outstanding lawyer. His team and him understands the immigration law very well. He helped me get a green card through marriage and later the US Citizenship. I was working as a software engineer way back in India. My employer brought me to the USA under H1B and exploited me so to the extent that I had to run away from him. My employer had stolen all my documents including my passport and educational credentials. I approached four different attorneys in the SF Bay Area to get help and unfortunately, none of them were willing to even consider my case. I thought I hit an impasse and gave up my case. Almost, 12 years passed since I arrived in the USA. Gaining little hope, I was searching online and found Mr Anish Vashista. During a weekend, I called and left a voice mail to Mr Anish.
