Working with our realtor was a longer journey than we initially expected, as it took close to a year for our home to sell. The market conditions during that time were quite challenging, which made the process more difficult overall. Throughout it all, she remained supportive, patient, and committed. She was always willing to help, answer our questions, and adjust the approach as needed based on how the market was evolving. We especially appreciate her persistence and dedication in navigating a tough market and continuing to work toward the right outcome. While it took time, we’re grateful for her efforts and are happy that we were able to successfully close the sale in the end. Thank you for staying with us through the entire process.

Excellent Realtor with the Ability to Competently Represent Both Parties in a Transaction! I had the pleasure of working with Lavanya Duvvi recently on the sale of my old property and the subsequent purchase of my new property last year. I would give a perfect rating of 5 stars in all respects to Lavanya. Her knowledge about the market is excellent, and her personal character traits are always so supportive and so understanding. She always managed to get the highest possible amount for the sale of our house. Although, during the purchase of the property, she turned out to be an ace, overcoming all the toughest scenarios in the acquisition, be it negotiation or inspection of the property. All of the above tasks were performed with great patience and knowledge by Lavanya. If you want the best realtor, you definitely need Lavanya Duvvi. It was a pleasure working with Lavanya in purchasing our second home. She gave us the room to work at our own pace unlike other realtors who would push their clients to go to open houses every weekend. Gave good suggestions & guidance through out the entire closing process. She helped with covering the closing costs of the loan as well.

It is unfortunate that there were heated conflicting instructions from the listing agent and Lavanya during a recent inspection, leading to confusion for our inspector. Our inspector encountered directives from both the listing agent and buyers agent, which created a challenging situation. The listing agent was telling him he was not to use his phone, camera or tablet on the property and the report was not to be submitted until after close of escrow. The buying agent was yelling at him to ignore her even though she was blocking the door and had the keys. When our inspector sought clarification to navigate this conflict, he was met with a heightened level of stress that was both unexpected and unwarranted. As professionals, we always aim to assist and facilitate a productive environment. I understand that emotions may run high during real estate transactions, and my team is here to support everyone involved. We strive for effective communication among all parties involved to ensure a seamless process. After the incident, I made efforts to clarify the situation further with the Lavanya, and despite my attempts to find an amicable solution, it appears that open communication was not possible on this occasion. It is my belief that working collaboratively is the key to a successful outcome, and I regret that we could not achieve this in your case. Additionally, I want to highlight the issue of oversight. After consulting with Roger G. Zelaya, Head of Brokerage at Radius Agent, it became clear that he operates a virtual brokerage with limited supervision over agents. He expressed that he does not have authority or control over their actions, which raises concerns about the level of accountability within that organization. This lack of direct oversight contributed to the difficulties encountered during inspection due to a younger and inexperienced agent with no real support. We believe that professionalism and cooperation are critical in real estate transactions, and I regret that this situation did not meet those standards.
