I had a really great experience at LaserAway Fremont! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The staff made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The clinic was very clean and organized, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I left feeling really happy with my experience.

Had the best experience with Erin in the front desk, she always goes and above and beyond to personalize my treatments to fit my schedule and budget. I feel very comfortable working with her through my Laser away journey, she takes the time to get to know the customer.

Had a really good experience at LaserAway, and a big part of that was Daniel at the front desk. He didn’t rush me at all, took the time to explain the services properly, and helped me understand what would actually work for my skin. I had a lot of questions and he was patient through all of it, which I really appreciated. Also want to mention Erin, she was just as helpful and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Overall, it didn’t feel pushy or salesy, just honest guidance. That made a big difference for me.

I had an amazing experience with Jeannie! She was incredibly professional, friendly, and made the entire process feel seamless. What I appreciated most was how thoroughly she educated me on the treatment. She explained exactly what to expect during and after the session, which put me completely at ease. She is also extremely efficient without ever making the appointment feel rushed. If you’re going to LaserAway, I highly recommend asking for Jeannie—she’s fantastic!
