Booked an appointment, showed up on time, checked in on the system and it put me as WALK IN. No one at the counter to talk to. Someone came after 15 minutes and just told to wait. They let in walk ins who arrived after us, despite having an appointment. Clearly basics are missing. That said the lady at the desk was quick and helpful. Likely an understaffing issue.

After Bio Reference closed their laboratory facility in Fremont we started exploring other laboratories. We found this LabCorp nearby. Their laboratory in charge TESS is very patient and draws the blood very gently. You don't feel any pain. She also provided some important information about the lab tests available online. This place needs an appointment. We book an appointment online and go there. Some time they accepted us without any appointments. They sent our results also very quickly. They have an online portal for the test results & billing requirements. Overall a good experience 👍🏻.

Most pathetic lab personal, uncooperative front desk lady, rude. Please avoid coming to this lab, even if they pay you to do their testing here

Went twice in 5 days as walk in. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Overall good experience. I wasn't able to check in on the tablet so the receptionist help me get checked in on her desktop.

Andrea the phlebotomist was really good and helful. My visit was really good and everybody very courteous. It took me 10 minutes for the whole process.
