Booking here is incredibly simple for a same or next day appointment! On top of it, when I was running late for an end of day appointment, Diana was absolutely incredible by accommodating me when she didn't need to, being incredibly patient while confirming with my provider the lab orders, and working with my typically tough to draw veins. She went above and beyond and stayed 15 minutes past closing to make sure everything was taken care of. I would happily come here to this location again and plan to make it my routine lab site.

Really impressed with the staff here — everyone was friendly and helpful. But a special shoutout to Bhavna, who truly went above and beyond. I was missing some paperwork and would have had to make a whole extra trip back home. Bhavna took the initiative to make a call and got everything sorted out on the spot, processing me right then and there. That kind of proactive, thoughtful service is rare and made such a difference. Highly recommend!

First time here today and I will keep going here now for bloodwork. Diana was super nice and helpful. Most people have a hard time with me as I’ve been called a “hard poke”, but Diana did it so quickly and painless. Thank you!

The staff was very rude and had a terrible attitude. She was impatient and inflexible, and I felt like I had no choice but to follow her every command. The overall environment also appeared unclean. This was truly the worst blood draw experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place.

I visit this location often. Diana is really patient and more importantly, is very skilled at what she does and makes blood draw painless.
