We have stayed here before and will stay here again! It is not a luxury hotel, but they work very hard to make your stay enjoyable, and it was exactly what we needed. We checked in late, and the front desk was ready for us and very friendly! Our room was very clean! We had clean beds, plenty of comfy pillows, and they were very accommodating when we asked for a room within easy distance from the elevator with aids for disabled. The breakfast was perfect! The tables were regularly cleaned and the supplies regularly checked for restocking. They served scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, bagels with cream cheese, cereals, and yogurt, and the kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly! The waffle iron had an issue, but their maintenance personnel had it repaired and working order in record time!

The staff is the biggest problem with this place. The Indian guy at the front desk is only there for a pay check... very unfriendly and does it not give you any directions to the elevator or which way to go to your room... breakfast, I know it's free, but was usually cold depending on who the cook was on certain days... the pool was dirty and we were looking forward to enjoying it by the pictures on the website. Didn't happen since there was leaves and dirt at the bottom of the pool. Housekeeping, no help at all... asked for towels and would not give us at least one, even though they had them on their cart.... go to the front lobby they said, front lobby no help... overall, don't be fooled by the website pictures....

Overall, our stay here was very nice. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower has good water pressure. Just as an FYI you do have to pay $3/night for parking, but there is plenty of parking! Overall 10/10. The rooms tend to get super humid though!

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked it because it was close to Mountain View, California, where we were visiting family. When we arrived around 11 pm , the elevator wasn't working, so we had to carry all of our luggage up to the third floor. As we walked down the hallway, there was a strong, unpleasant smell. When we entered our room, we were shocked. The carpet was filthy and the bathtub was stained yellow and looked very dirty. It was one of the most horrible hotel rooms I have ever seen. The complimentary breakfast the next morning made the experience even worse. One of the staff members was loudly shouting at guests, telling them to throw their waffle batter cups in the trash after making waffles. Instead of politely asking, she spoke in a very rude manner. When another guest asked if the coffee could be refilled, she replied loudly that they would have to wait because it takes time. Her attitude toward guests was completely unprofessional. What surprised me the most was that the manager was sitting at the front desk, right next to the dining area, watching everything happen and smiling. That is not how customers should be treated. This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all there was a roach in my room on the third floor. I would not recommend using the coffee machines in the room as they are dirty. I also didn't bother using the showers here even though I'm staying for four nights. I told the front desk and asked them for housekeeping the following day. They said yes but I never received housekeeping. One of the lamps were broken in my room likely from a previous tenant. The beds are comfortable and there is a tv and desk in the room. It's pretty spacious and thats about all. It's an okay hotel if you REALLY need somewhere to stay. It seems like some people just really hate working here so unless you're willing to deal with some attitude in the morning don't stay here. All of us were told breakfast was from 6-9 but it doesn't start until 7 and the lady setting up the breakfast practically yelled at a girl getting food when it was 6:43am.
