Come here once in a while. Would ne more often if I didnt feel so uncomfortable. How do you hire ? Curious do you choose the people least qualified at customer service had 3 employees to ignore me on their phones tonight asked basic questions and was met w blank stare no response then Back to their phones. Food for thought customer service would go a long way maybe dont hire bunch if kids who couldn't care less and unpleasant at best rude more appropriate just saying

Incident Report – L’AMOUR SHOPPE (40555 Grimmer Blvd #B) On Thursday, October 16th, around 11:00 PM, a friend and I parked in the shared business lot, ordered food, and ate in the car for about 30 minutes. At approximately 11:30 PM, we entered L’AMOUR SHOPPE. Upon entering, the man behind the counter appeared unwelcoming and irritated. After browsing briefly, we approached the counter intending to purchase an item behind the counter. The employee suddenly accused one of us of stealing a $10 item at the counter and began yelling for us to leave. During this, he unzipped a man purse , placed his hand inside, and repeatedly said, “I have it on me, i have it on me” in an aggressive manner. He also claimed he had been watching us in the parking lot for 30 minutes on camera, accusing us of “scoping” the area and saying he “knew we were up to no good.” We left the store, but he followed us to our vehicle with his hand still in the man purse. As the argument continued outside, he repeatedly identified himself as the owner. The situation escalated further when he went back inside and returned with a baseball bat. That’s when i felt the need to record him since he continued to escalate the situation after we already left the store. Once i told him id be leaving this review on google and yelp he began filming our vehicle as we were pulling away, and shouting false and defamatory statements, including accusing us of rape—an entirely baseless and disturbing claim. This report is to document the incident and bring awareness to the aggressive and threatening behavior displayed by the individual behind the counter, who claimed to be the owner.

Sat outside from 1230 to 1 store is all lit up, open Sign on. But both doors locked.

Ok experience , didn’t get much help from some guy on his ps5 lol. The other dude was pretty helpful. It’s also so quiet in there and the only other thing you can hear is the guy on his ps5 yelling. Wouldn’t go back.

Used to really like this place. I walked in last time into a very awkward silence; and out of nowhere, laughter erupted among the two fully grown men behind the counter. When you go into a place like this, you pay a premium, a large percentage more than you would online, for a certain experience. I don't come somewhere like that to be mocked. I was happy to do stop by before I came into the place the last time. The management made a bad decision with this one. I will not be going back to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone.
