Koja Kitchen was absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend trying this establishment! I had the BBQ Bun Chicken Burger, which was incredibly tasty and very filling. It is clearly a well-thought-out burger where every ingredient complements the others perfectly. My wife tried a variety of tacos, including the Chicken, Braised Pork, and Zen tacos. Each one offered a unique blend of delicious flavors—no two were alike, but they were all excellent. To round out the meal, we shared the Kamikaze Fries, which were the absolute cherry on top. They were packed with flavor and a must-order. We had a great overall experience and were impressed by the creative menu. If you’re looking for a unique and delicious meal, I highly recommend Koja Kitchen!

I got this as delivery and it was pretty alright. I ordered the short rib Koja burger and soy garlic wings, while my friends got their short rib and beef bowls. Their short rib in the koja burger was pretty solid and flavorful, but I did think that their rice buns were really dense. It was also just difficult to eat (as it was so big). My friends thought their bowls were good though! I wish the wings had a bit more sauce, but it was decent. Overall, not a bad spot for some fusion Korean food.

This was a great place for a casual dinner! The fries are a meal in themself, but they can topple over, so I recommend putting them in a second tray. The burgers are fun and the rice buns are an interesting twist. I personally prefer the texture of a normal bun a bit more. Service is good and there are tasty unique flavors in every dish.

Criminally underrated place in Fremont. No matter how busy it is outside it’s never quite as busy in here. I used to go to the San Mateo location a lot so I know how good the food is. Korean Mexican American fusion is unbelievably satisfying on so many levels This time I came in and got their fried chicken sandwich which was brined in sake Hands on one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in my life. Now this is not an exaggeration or some sort of superlative. It really is that good. If only the good people of Fremont would venture to expand their taste buds

I usually love it here but I went first thing in the morning and all the food taste like it was leftovers from the night before. The rice was very sticky and rib meat was hard and chewy. The cashier got my order wrong even tho I told her like 4 times to make sure it was right. Guess maybe come in the evening when they have been cooking all day?? Idk if I will be back now
