Ruby is such a wonderful agent — she’s super responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and really cares about my preferences and needs. She communicates effectively between me and the seller and gives prompt updates. She helped me negotiate the price and the terms of the purchase and I was able to close the deal and move in very smoothly. She also connected me to a lot of helpful people and resources (e.g, good moving companies and carpet cleaning services), which saved me a lot of time from doing the research on my own. When I wasn’t sure whether I’d like to purchase furniture from the staging company, Ruby offered to meet with me and have one extra tour of the furniture to see their conditions and help me decide. With Ruby I feel very confident in the house search & purchase process because she puts in great effort in supporting me. We were first time home buyers and had little experience. Ruby helped us navigate the entire process (which is very overwhelming). The things I liked about her: she is very responsive, prompt at answering all of our naive questions, good at negotiation and communicating with sellers. Even after closing the deal, she helped us with mover, cleaner, contractor info.
